Together with Christians throughout the ages, we affirm the historic Christian creeds - the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Chalcedonian Creed. We use one of these creeds during our services to declare our faith.
We are a Reformed church. During the Protestant Reformation of the 16th and 17th centuries, many aspects of the Bible's teaching were rediscovered and articulated more clearly. We believe the Bible's teaching is well expressed in the great Reformed confessions, particularly the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Three Forms of Unity.
Evangelical means two things. First, "evangelical" comes from a Greek word meaning "good news." As an evangelical church, we're committed to proclaiming the good news about Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. Second, "evangelical" means "Bible-based." We believe the Bible is God's word, the ultimate authority in every area of life. This doesn't mean that we interpret the Bible in a simplistic or literalistic way - we're not fundamentalists. But we neither abandon the Bible because it conflicts with the shifting sands of religious tradition or contemporary opinion. We believe that the ancient truths of the Bible speak to every aspect of the modern world, so we're unashamedly committed to reading the Bible, working hard to understand it, and following wherever it leads.
We are a member of Beak Suk Korean reformed Presbyterian denomination.

Regular members often stay after Forum to have lunch together. Everyone brings some food to share, and we all eat together. Visitors and newcomers are always welcome. And if you're with us for the first time, don't worry about bringing food with you - there's always plenty to go around.
Children of all ages are welcome, and activity sheets are provided for younger children.

We welcome children at all our services and make a significant effort to ensure they (and their parents) feel at home. Children are encouraged to participate in our worship, activity sheets are provided to help them stay engaged during the sermon, and toys are available for toddlers and young children. And if your little one is having a bad day, there's no need to worry. No one minds a bit of chatter, and if they need to go outside for a break, that's fine too.
